A minimum of two consultations are required with the Sales Manager before your event. A diagram and a wedding day schedule (setup and take down times) must be confirmed two weeks prior to the wedding. A “walk-through” day will be scheduled two weeks before the event for all vendors. On the day before the wedding, the wedding party will have one hour at no additional cost for rehearsal. If the rehearsal exceeds one hour, there will be a charge of $150 per hour.
Facility rental is available seven days a week. Events must be scheduled with an ending time no later than 11 PM. Your event will begin with the first person’s arrival and extend to the last person’s departure time. This includes caterer, florist, or other event-affiliated persons. Amplified sound must cease at 11 PM.
